SHADES OF PINK--GAYLE'S GARDEN SUMMER 2012

Although I love all shades of blooms in my summer garden I decided to show a variety of pink-shade flowers that I have used on the deck and back yard of our home.  I did the front of our home in purple and white and will include those at another time. I hope you will enjoy sharing my flowers today. As many of you know, I am in Canada so our gardens do not bloom as early as many of those in other parts of our hemisphere. I truly enjoy the few months of summer as before we know it we will be knee deep in snow and cold again (smile).  Hugs, Gayle.

I AM SHARING TODAY WITH:

Your potted colour is just magnificent!!! I can't imagine not being able to garden due to snow. It's the middle of Winter here, but I'll still go outside and garden today. Thanks for sharing those beautiful photos!!!

Gayle, hello! Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving your sweet comment. I might not have otherwise found your delightful blog.

First, I love John Waterhouse, so your header caught my heart's attention. Your flowers are beautiful...such a pretty pink and bright and cheerful. The garden statue is lovely playing her violin between the pots, and it looks as if she serenades them which is why they grow so beautifully.

Well, I'm off to see more of your posts because I saw some that caught my attention. Thank you for following. I'll be following you, too.

Blessings for the day,
Marianne

P.S. Canada sounds so nice right now. I'm in SE Texas and it's HOT and MUGGY.

What beautiful pink flowers! I think varying shades of one color always make such a statement (as yours do).

Oh my gosh, Gayle, would never guess by looking at your beautiful back yard that it is only like this a few months of the year! It looks so lush and full! The flowers and white pots and tables are also just gorgeous - everything looks so fresh, green and lush!

Thank you for sharing a part of your world with us.
