HAND-CRAFTED BOOK ART

Handmade Book Art. Book cover and pages bound using "The Cinch" binding system. Cover created with Yutzen papers, grape image embellished with purple gemstones. Edges of cover are trimmed with lace. Additional embellishments pearls and organza ribbon bow.

I created this book completely by hand, including the hand sewn signature pages within. I chose to create the binding using "The Raven's Foot technique. Patterned paper, matboard, threads, and eyelets used in creating the book and embellished with a simple but ornate image.

I love to design and create jewellry.  All findings are hand-crafted, the blue faceted glass beads are hand wrapped with silver wire, in this necklace, bracelet and earring set.
